Of Valdosta passed away Friday, June 15, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a lengthy illness. She was born January 21, 1949 to the late Harry and Charlotte Herzberg Shertinger in Toledo, OH. She enjoyed volunteering at Jacobs Ladder Horse camp.
Survivors Include: Husband, Ron Faulkingham, Valdosta; 2 Daughters, Heather Marie Duncan, Valdosta, Julie Ann Dale, Valdosta; Son & Daughter-in-law, C.J. & Kim Dickinson, Valdosta; 13 Grandchildren, and one special granddaughter, Ansley Taylor Dickinson that she raised due to the death of her daughter, Heidi Dickinson; 3 Sisters, Sue & Lou Lautizer, Ft. Myers, FL, Laura Smith, Maryland, Linda DuBoise, Iowa; Brother & Sister-in-law, Garry & Sandy Shertinger, Maryland and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 20, 2012 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with a private burial being held in Riverview Memorial Garden.
