Of Lake Park passed away Monday, June 11, 2012 at South Georgia Medical Center after a period of declining health. He was born November 25, 1951 in Lowndes County to the late Foster Montgomery and Minnie Lee McRainie Rowland. Mr. Rowland worked as a millrite at Nestle Water.

A memorial service will be held at 2:30 P.M. Thursday, June 14, 2012 in the New Seasons Church of God, 122 Pendleton Avenue, Valdosta, GA. In lieu of flowers please make donations to New Seasons Church of God. Music Funeral Services/Azalea Crematory is serving the Rowland family.
