Of Lakeland, passed away Wednesday morning, May 14, 2008 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born April 20, 1957 in Orange County, Florida to the late Lee C. and Dorothy Moncrief Fender, Sr. He was Holiness by Faith. He is preceded in death by 1 sister, Juanell Fender and 1 brother, Raymond Fender.
