Of Ray City passed away Monday, January 9, 2006 at South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born on September 15, 1931 in Berrien County, Georgia to late Luther E. & Amanda Langford. He was an electrician by trade a member of IBEW local Union 511 in Valdosta, GA. A member of the Ray City Baptist Church. He served our country in the United States Air Force.

Wife Bettie June Langford Ray City, Ga.

Daughter Sandra Carter Valdosta, Ga.

2 Sons & Daughters-in-law Luther & Ashley Langford Ray City, Ga.
David Wayne & Theresa Langford Ray City, Ga.

Grandchildren: Derick & Nancy Langford, Michael & Chad Carter, Robin Langford, Tommy Langford, Danny Langford, Cindy Steverson, Heather Langford & Carl Langford

4 Great-Grandchildren

Sister Allene Walker Vero Beach, Fl.

Brother-in-law Freddie Mills Mobile, Al.

Funeral Service were held Thursday, January 12, 2006 at 2:00 PM in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. Instead of flowers, please make contributions to the American Cancer Society 323 Pine Ave. Suite 100, Albany, Georgia 31701.
