Of Valdosta passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident. He was born on November 20, 1991 in Valdosta, GA. Cody worked with Valdosta State University in the maintenance department. He was full of life, free-spirited and loved by all. For all who knew of him, also knew of his "Lime Green El Camino". He loved hunting, fishing, camping, muscle cars and the hills of Tennessee. He was preceded in death by paternal grandfather, Wayne Morris, great grandfathers: Jim Wilson, Lawrence Haire, Harry Carter and Reavis Morris, Sr. and great grandmothers: Ina Morris and Ozell Carter.

A celebration of his life will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 6, 2014 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in the Lake Park Memorial Cemetery.
