David "Wayne" Bradford
Passed away on Saturday December 13, 2014 after his long and noble struggle against cancer. He was with loved ones and family, and now is blissfully free from suffering and at home with his Creator and Savior. Wayne was a graduate of the University of Georgia and was the owner of Bradford Accounting in Tempe AZ. Wayne practiced accounting in GA, AZ and CA with a career that spanned over four decades. Wayne always saw his practice more as a ministry than work. His wisdom and guiding heart will be missed. He was preceded in death by his parents William Thurlow WT and Edith Bradford of Douglas, GA.
Wayne is survived by his wife, Sandra; his daughter and Son-in-Law, Stuart and Michelle Cannon of Griffin; GA and his Son and Daughter-in-Law Travis and Anu Bradford of New York City. He is also survived by his four beautiful grandchildren – Alex and Robert Cannon and Oliver and Sylvia Bradford – whom he cherished and his brothers, Mickey and Larry.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00P.M., Saturday, December 20, 2014 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of gifts and flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society or the Sherman House at Hospice of the Valley.
