David Milner Dean

David Milner Dean, 69, of Lake Park, GA passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family. He was born on May 10, 1952 in Atlanta, GA to the late Henry & Frances Carreker Dean. He had a passion for classic cars and served as an Inspector for the National Street Rod Association. Furthermore, David was serving as the South Eastern Representative for the NSRA. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved looking for arrowheads, and enjoyed hunting and fishing. David worked as a Licensed Contractor with Standard Contractors, Inc. for over 30 years. Survivors include his loving wife of 45 years, Janet Dean, Lake Park, GA; daughter and son-in-law: Keeley Phillips (Jeremy), Crestview, FL; sons and daughters-in-law: Jaden Dean (Kamille), Lake Park, GA; Chevin Dean (Sarah), Lake Park, GA; 6 grandchildren: Isaiah Phillips, MaKenna Phillips, Maddox Phillips, Liam Dean, Lola Dean and Gatlin Dean; brother and sister-in-law: Larry and Beth Dean, Lake Park, GA and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, July 12, 2021 at the Francis Lake Baptist Church with entombment following in the Riverview Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. David being a classic car enthusiast, the family is encouraging anyone with a classic car or hot rod to participate in the procession. He will be placed in the church one hour prior to the service.
