David James McLean 57
Of Valdosta passed away Saturday, March 19, 2005 at South Georgia Medical Center after a brief illness. He was born in Oscoda, Mi on May 17, 1947 to the late James and Laura McLean. He had lived in Valdosta since 1982. Mr. McLean worked as a Harley Davidson Mechanic for many years but the past 3 years he worked at Wild Adventures as a security guard. He was preceded in death by his sister, Laura Jean Willhite and sister-in-law, Mary Wehner.
Survivors Include: Wife, Donna McLean, Valdosta, Sister and Brother-in-law, Ruth Ellen and Barry Kutz, California, Nephew, Mark and Anna Willhite, Michigan, Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Allan and Jean Wehner, Valdosta, and other family members: Allan and Desiree Wehner, Tim and Jan Hasenfelt, Connie Wehner, Julian Zelazny, Wayne and Sandy Coonan, John and Lynn Wehner, Phillip and Deborah Wehner, Art and Jeanne Delaney, Sam and Theresa Bearden and Matt Wehner and a number of nieces, nephews, and great-nephews.
As per Mr. McLeans wishes he is donating his body to BioGift in Portland, Oregon for educational purposes. Memorial Services will be held at 12:10 P.M. Monday, March 21, 2005 in the St. John Catholic Church. Sympathy may be expressed online at
