Dillon Lee Ellis – 23 of Hahira passed away Friday, May 14, 2021 at his residence. He was born to Marcus & Shelley (Tefteller) Ellis of Valdosta, GA on January 15, 1998 in Carrollton, Texas. He graduated from Lakenheath High School in England. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Valdosta. Dillon worked as a sales associate with Russell Cellular in Valdosta. Dillon had a passion for playing guitar and games. He also loved to speak Spanish, play the jokester, and he combined his two favorite hobbies to create an atmosphere of love and happiness. His humor and jovialness were much admired not only by friends and family, but also by all who frequented the phone shop where he worked. He was also an avid music lover and a collector of Batman memorabilia. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. He was preceded in death by his sister: Robin Magnolia Ellis.
Along with his parents, he is survived by his wife: Amber Rigdon Ellis, Hahira; 2 Brothers: William Ellis, Valdosta, Nathan Ellis, Valdosta; Grandparents: Nan Nordyke, Gilmer, TX, Larry & Vicki Tefteller, Gilmer, TX, Peter & Kathy Ellis, Snowflake, AZ; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law: Sidney & Cindy Rigdon, Valdosta; Sister-in-law: Elizabeth Rigdon, Valdosta and a number of uncles, aunts and cousins.
As per his wishes he will be cremated and a service will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at a later date. Sympathy may be expressed online at
