Of Lakeland passed away Friday morning February 19, 2016 in the Lakeland Villa Nursing Home in Lakeland after a lengthy illness. She was born September 27, 1937 to the late Clarence and Effie Harnage Griffis and lived most of her life in Lanier County, GA. She was a mother, homemaker, and friend to everyone that knew her. Her huge smile caused many to always know the feeling from her heart. She was preceded in death by her husband's Earnie Harnage and Jack Sheffield, her son Ricky Carlton Harnage, and brothers Junior Griffis and Dewayne Griffis.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday February 21, 2016 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with Burial in Guthrie Cemetery in Berrien Co. GA.
