She was born on February 5, 1952 in Washington, Pennsylvania to the late William Clouston and Anna (Charnik) Clouston-Borio. She worked as a Residential Nursing Assistant in Pennsylvania. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, David John Stevens.
Survivors include: son, Michael E. Clouston and wife of Valdosta, Georgia; brother, William Clouston of Avella, Pennsylvania; brother, Barry Lee Clouston of Avella, Pennsylvania; 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
