Of Statenville passed away Thursday, August 18, 2005 at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born in Lanier County, GA on November 9, 1923 to the late Gilford Mile and Annie Lee Westberry. She was Primitive Baptist by faith. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cliford Fender and Johnny Hutto, brother, Wilber Westberry and a sister, Oma Dale Westberry.

Funeral services were held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, August 20, 2005 in Wayfare Primitive Baptist Church with burial following in the church cemetery.
