Of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on Sunday, April 11, 2021 at South Georgia Medical Center after an illness. She was born on September 21, 1941 in Schenectady, New York to the late Cora Elda (Winnie) and Robert William Southern. Earlene worked as a certified nursing assistant for many years. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Earlene was a dedicated woman and poured 110% into everything she done. She loved to spend time with her family and go to the library. Earlene was an avid reader and had a fond love of animals. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Jesse Scott.

Robert Taylor and wife, Wonpen of Valdosta, GA;
Grandchildren: Robert, James, Jose, Michelle, Jesse, Zion;
Great Grandchildren: Michael, Jaidyn, Weston, James, Jr., Genevieve; Sisters: Roberta Dunning of Tampa, FL,
Melody Ann King of North Carolina.
