of Lake Park, GA passed away early Wednesday morning March 24, 2004 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Jacksonville, FL and had lived in Lake Park most of his life. Mr. Crockett served in the United States Army Medical Core. His borther, David K. Crockett, preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife; Pam Crockett, Lake Park, GA; Daughter, Crystal Crockett, Lake Park, GA; Son, Austin Crockett, Lake Park, GA; Father and Mother, Edward, Jr. and Doris Crockett, Valdosta, GA, Mother-in-law and Father-in-law, Gerri and Jim Hammond, Lake Park, GA.
Memorial services were held at 2:00 p.m Friday March 26, 2004 outdoors at the Dean Residence located at Eagle Lakes. Entrance is located 3 miles south of 376 on Loch Laurel Road.
