Of Ray City, GA passed away early Saturday morning December 25, 2010 in the Berrien Nursing Center in Nashville following a lengthy illness. He was born to the late William Harrison and Florence Birdie Richardson Cooper on January 17, 1918 in Caryville, Tennessee. He was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lizzie Sanders Cooper his Sisters Mary Kate Bridges, Annabelle Anderson and a brother Dylan Cooper was a member of Niles Michigan Masonic Lodge # 4 and the New Bethel Baptist Church Near Barretts, GA.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday morning in the New Bethel Baptist Church near Barretts, GA with burial in the church cemetery . The family will receive friends at the funeral home between 6:00 and 8:00 P.M. Monday evening. Music Funeral Services of Lakeland is serving the family
