Eleanor Taylor Dickerson 91
Of Valdosta passed away Monday, June 20, 2005 in the Heritage House Nursing Home after a lengthy illness. She was born to the late Augustus and Mary Thompson Taylor on June 11, 1914. She was a life long native of Valdosta. She worked for over 50 years with Sno-White Laundry on Hill Ave. She was a member of Grace Baptist Church. Mrs. Dickerson was preceded in death by her husband, Quince Dickerson, son, Ralph J. Coker, Jr., Granddaughter, Patricia Coker, and brother, Louis Taylor.
Survivors Include: Daughter and Son-in-law, Janice and Wayne Lamkin, Edgewater, Fl, Grandchildren; David Harney, New Smyrna Beach, Fl, Sean Harney, Boca Raton, Fl, Ralph and Sharon Coker, Danny and Karen Coker, Billy and Mickey Coker, Kenny and Dianna Coker all of Elmont, N.Y., Deborah and Howard Kramen, Glen Allen, VA, Candance and Phill Elinors, Chicago, IL, Daughter-in-law, Hilda Coker, Elmont, NY. A number of Great Grandchildren, Nieces and Nephews.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, June 23, 2005 in the Sunset Hill Cemetery with the Dr. Dean Spivey officiating.
