Of Lake Park passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2006 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born in Clinch County, GA on January 5, 1939. He was a supervisor for the City of Pompano Beach, FL for many years and was Protestant by faith. Mr. Cumbess is preceded in death by his father, Joe Cumbess and a brother, Ike Cumbess.
