Of Ray City, GA passed away on Monday, May 18, 2015 at her residence. She was born on June 27, 1944 in Patterson, NJ to Frank and Jean Kozkowski Tyburski. She was a member of the Abundant Life Church of God. She loved gardening, fishing and spending time with her precious grandchildren. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Wallace Bailey and a brother, Joseph Tyburski.

Daughter & Son-in-Law, Kathryn "Sissy" & Bob Waltz of Ray City, GA;Step Son, Rusty Bailey of Ray City, GA;Step Daughter, Pam DuPont of Jacksonville, FL;Grandchildren, Amanda Bailey, Julie Bailey, Lindsey Bailey, Blane "Waltz" Stone, Savannah Bailey, Brock Bailey;
Great Grandchildren, Harper Lynn Warzynski, Destiny Bailey, Serenity Bailey, Kaleb and Sophia Johnson, Isaiah Teegan;Sister, Mary Ann Benio of Deland, FL. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM on Friday, May 22, 2015 at Abundant Life Church of God with burial to follow at 2:30PM in the Evergreen Cemetery in Greenville, FL.
