Elizabeth Ann Campbell, age 45, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, March 22, 2026. She was born in Dawson, GA on October 24, 1980, to loving parents, Marvin Franklin Hodges Jr. and JoAnn Diaz.
She was a gifted nail technician at Kents Styling Salon, known for her creativity and dedication to her craft. Above all, she cherished her family and found joy in the simple and meaningful moments spent with them. She had a deep love for animals and children, and her compassionate spirit naturally drew her to caring for others.
Her passions were many—she delighted in traveling, baking delicious treats, and preparing meals that brought people together. Whether she was perfecting a set of nails or cooking in the kitchen, she poured her heart into everything she did. She found true fulfillment in serving others, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer words of encouragement. Through her kindness and faith, she touched many lives, ministering to people with warmth, grace, and genuine love.
She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Marvin and Mildred Hodges; father, Marvin Hodges Jr. father-in-Law, Minister Marvin Collins
Elizabeth is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Lamar Campbell of Valdosta, GA; children, Austin Hughes and grandchildren Bella, Lilly and Wyatt of Clearwater, FL; Claytin Hughes (Bree Kinard) and grandbaby Claytin Jr. of Valdosta, GA; Braetin Hughes (Harlei Butler) of Valdosta, GA; Lamar “Anthony” Campbell and granddaughter Ana Campbell of Kingsland, GA; Devin Campell (Diego) of San Diego, CA; Gabriella Trejo-Gonzalez (Kaden Johnson) of Valdosta, GA; son Dorian Trejo-Gonzales of Fitzgerald; Jordan Campbell of Valdosta, GA; Alexander Trejo-Gonzalez (Carlee) of Valdosta, GA; Landin Campbell of Valdosta, GA; Andrea Campbell of Valdosta, GA and Micah Campbell of Valdosta, GA; mother JoAnn Diaz (Nick) of Valdosta, GA; brother, Mark Hodges (Keri) and nieces and nephews, Chad Hodges and Haley Hodges of Valdosta, GA; aunt, Pam Willis of Winter Haven FL. and mother in law Victoria Collins of Valdosta, GA,.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Lake Park Church of God. Visitation will be one hour prior. Kind words and expressions of sympathy can be left for the family at www.musicfuneralservices.com. The Campbell family is being served by the professional and caring staff of Music Funeral Services of Valdosta.
