Of Lakeland passed away early Sunday morning, October 19, 2003, at her residence after a lengthy illness. She was born on April 27, 1919 in Lakeland to Eugene and Georgia Giddens. Ms. Felts was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lakeland for 66 years where she served in various aspects of the music ministry. She was preceded in Death by her Husband, James Felts.

Daughters-in-law Gene and Marcia Felts Valdosta, Ga.

and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church in Lakeland with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery.
