Elsie Libes Boyer

Elsie Libes Boyer of Valdosta, GA originally from Winston Salem, NC passed on Nov. 10, 2013 at Fellowship Home, Born to late Ary Houston and Annie Agee Libes on August 12, 1921 in Forsyth County, NC. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, and 4 siblings of NC. She was a WAC during WWII. Attended Hyatt United Methodist in Kernersville, NC. She is survived by daughter Scottie L. Schaeffer Kenneth, Valdosta, GA. son, Norman H. Buster Boyer Linda of Pinnacle, NC. Granddaughters Melissa Quiros, FL, Elizabeth Jarrett, Kayla Melton of NC. 7 great grandchildren, 2 great, great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 from 1:00-3:00 at Fellowship Home, 470 Fellowship Home Lane, Valdosta, GA 31602. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of South Georgia, P.O. Box 1727, Valdosta, GA 31603 or to Fellowship Home. A grave side service will be held in Winston Salem, NC.
