Of Valdosta, formerly of Adel Ga passed away Friday, August 23, 2013 at South Georgia Medical Center. He was born in Brooks County on August 21, 1934 to the late Willie Alaska Wilkerson and Arpie Parker. He retired after more than 30 years from The Independent Life Insurance Company. He is also preceded in death by his wife Virginia Wiggins Wilkerson, Brother Edward Wilkerson, and Sister Carrie King.
