Of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on Monday February 15, 2021 at his residence. He was born on September 13, 1969 in Valdosta, Georgia to Barbara Helen (Haire) Middlebrooks and the late Wayne Davis Morris. He worked for many years with Acceptance Insurance in Senior Management. Eric had a great love for the outdoors. Dirt bike and Jeep riding, kayaking and camping were some of his favorite hobbies. He also enjoyed springs, as well as anything that had running water. Along with his father, he is preceded in death by his son, Cody Morris.
Survivors include his daughter and son-in-law, Erica and Kaleb Thomas of Lake Park, GA; Mother and Father, Barbara and Leland Middlebrooks of Fayetteville, TN; Sister, Teka Rennie of Fayetteville, TN; Nephews: Kyle Rennie of Valdosta, GA and Austin Rennie of Fayetteville, TN.
Per his wishes, Eric will be cremated and no formal services will be held. Messages of sympathy can be left at www.musicfuneralservices.com . The Morris family is being served by the caring and professional staff of Music Funeral Services, Valdosta.
