Of Valdosta passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2018 in South Georgia Medical Center. He was born on February 1, 1932 in Valdosta, GA to the late Ernest and Winnie Lewis Kelly. Mr. Kelly served in the United States Army. He attended VSU for 3 years before serving in the military. He was an insurance agent for Independent Life and United Insurance Company over 38 years and after retirement he drove a school bus for Lowndes County Schools for 16 years. He was a Master mason, serving in lodge # 728 in Jacksonville, FL. Randall loved animals, traveling, spending time in his yard and flowers. Along with his parents, Mr. Kelly is preceded in death by 2 Brothers, Edwin Kelly and Emory Kelly, one Sister, Myra Kelly, and a Son, Alan Kelly. Survivors include; Wife of 52 years Martha Ann Kelly of Valdosta, GA Daughter, Ginger (Max) Johns of Echols County, GA Son, Glen (Wanda) Fee of Jacksonville, FL Daughter-in-Law, Susan Kelly of Ocoee, FL Grandchildren; Amanda, Brian, and Megan Great Grandchild Lillie several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
A Memorial service will be held Monday, December 24, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Service. The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
