Ernest Lee Mullis

Ernest Lee Mullis - 84 passed away peacefully on April 14, 2017 at the Lakeland Villa at the age of 84. He was born on September 4, 1932 to the late Chester Lee Mullis and Allie Brantley Mullis. He is preceded in death by his parents and sisters Myrtle Beckham, Virginia Delk, Eunice Wallace, A.V. Carter, Ruth Gamble, Lucille Starling, Jimmie Hough and infant twin brothers.
Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Opal, his son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Chris Mullis, two daughters and sons-in-law, Karen and Danny Rickman, Penny and Ray Parker.
Seven Grandchildren, Josh (BJ) Mullis, Zach (Wendy) Mullis, Mandy (Phil) Browning, Daniel Rickman, Keri (Brian) Banks, Ethan and Erin Parker.
Five great grandchildren Tucker Browning, Lance Mullis, Tayten Murray, Analee Mullis and River Banks.
Best Friends, Kenton, Lorianna, Mason Moore and Ronnie and Marsha Branch.
In keeping with Mr. Mullis’ wishes there will be graveside services at the Stockton Cemetery at 10:00 am Monday, April 17, 2017. There will be no formal visitation held. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Grace Baptist Church Building Fund P.O. Box 412 Lakeland Georgia 31635. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
