Of Lakeland passed away early Saturday morning January 02, 2010 at the residence of her daughter and son-in-law Mary Frances and Hute Bridges. She was born in Berrien County, GA on December 22, 1914 to the late Francis Solomons and Mary Brogdon Solomons. The widow of Jack W. Taylor, she was a homemaker and a member of Riverside MissionaryBaptist Church in Berrien County. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Viriginia Geraldine McCullough and her sisters, Bertha Taylor, Ellen Gaskins, and Grovie Ellis.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Monday, January 4, 2010 at the Riverside Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Jimmy Futch and Rev. J.R. Swain officiating. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery. Mrs. Taylor will be placed in the church one hour prior to the services. The family will receive friends Sunday, January 3, 2010 from 5-7 pm at the funeral home.
