Ethel Lee Hall – 82 of Ocala, FL passed away on Friday July 3, 2020 after a lengthy illness. Ethel was born on April 10, 1938 in Valdosta, GA to the late Jewel (Register) and Clarence Fountain. She worked for many years in the Dade County school system as a cook. Ethel was a dedicated wife, and a loving mother and grandmother. No matter what, Ethel was known for the generous smile she gave, and was nicknamed “Smiley”. She enjoyed cooking and eating meals with her family. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Julian Edward Hall.
Survivors include her Daughters: Sandra Jackson, Deborah and Richard Yarbrough, Cathy and Lindsay Harriger; Son, Glen Hall; Grandchildren: Martin and Autumn Jackson, Julian and Nicole Jackson, Bobby Jr. and Kelley Hartwell, Adam and DeAnna Hartwell, Travis and Jessica Hartwell, Justin Hall, Courtney and Izel McNeil; 7 great grandchildren; Sisters, Willie Eunice and Letha Moore.
Services will be held 1:00 PM Saturday July 11, 2020 in the Valdosta Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will see friends one hour prior to services. Ethel will be buried next to her husband in the Riverview Memorial Gardens. The staff of Music Funeral Services is serving the Hall family.
