Of Lakeland passed away Thursday evening February 24, 2005 at Louis Smith Memorial Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Jesup, Ga. to the late Bill and Early Williamson. Mrs. Clifton lived in Valdosta for most of her life before moving to Lakeland about 5 year ago. She was preceded in death by 4 sons, Alvin Driggers, Jerry Driggers, Keith Driggers and Clarence Williamson. Survivors Include: Daughter and Son-in-law, Betty Joe Sally and James Page, Panama City, Fl., 3 Sons and Daughters-in-laws, Wesley and Tammy Thompson, Pinetta, Fl., David and Wendy Thompson, Toledo, OH, Amos and Patti OQuinn, Valdosta, Ga, 11 Grandchildren, 5 Great-Grandchildren, 2 Sisters and 1 Brother. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, February 28, 2005 in Mt. Herob Cemetery in Pinetta, Fl. The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home on Saturday, February 26, 2005. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com .
