Of Lakeland, formally of Sebring, Florida, passed away Wednesday morning September 16, 2009 at her residence after a short illness. She was born August 29, 1935 in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania to the late Lester Martin and Edith May Bishop Cassell. She was a waitress, homemaker and Baptist by faith.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 19, 2009 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to service.
