Evelyn Beatrice Welch Norman

Evelyn Beatrice Welch Norman -93 of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on Saturday, April 4, 2020 at Langdale Place. She was born in Ware County, Georgia, on August 13, 1926 to the late Annie Kemp and John Melton Welch. Evelyn worked as a bookkeeper at The Welch Company. She was a homemaker, Sunday school teacher and a wonderful loving wife and mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a true Southern Lady full of hospitality and love for everyone. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Julian Norman; five brothers; and five sisters.
Survivors include her Son, Frank Norman and wife Cissy Of Valdosta, Georgia; Daughter, Ruthanne N. Eldridge Of Baxley, Georgia; Son, Don Norman and wife Dabney Of Jacksonville, Florida; 7 Grandchildren: Jeremy, Keely, Halle, Erin, Reuben, Jennifer, and Kelly; 10 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces and Nephews.
