Frances Bernadine Hunt Rogers

Frances Bernadine Hunt Rogers, 86, of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully, surrounded by family on August 29th, 2026, in Valdosta, Georgia.

Frances, lovingly known as "Franny" by her devoted husband of 67 years, was born on November 13, 1939, in Revere, Massachusetts. Frances was a beloved wife, mother, grandparent, great-grandparent, sibling, and friend.

Frances leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, family, friendship, and service.
Throughout her life, Frances was known for kindness, generosity, love of family, friends, and faith. She was a faithful member of the Henderson Blvd Church of Christ in Tampa, Florida. She enjoyed jigsaw puzzles, dragonflies, cooking for others, and especially spending cherished time with family and friends.

Frances is survived by her husband, Rexie Rogers; son, Robert “Buck” Rogers (Melissa); daughter, Katrina Trueman (Rick); grandchildren Stephen Rogers, Bryonny Rogers, Chleo Trueman, Jordan Lanzillotti (Madison), Josh McFadden, Ransom Trueman (Kacy), and great-grandchildren Kaylani Honey, Sara Callan Trueman, and Vivienne Lanzillotti. She was preceded in death by her father Robert Hunt, Sr., mother Ruth Hunt; and brothers Robert, Jr. , George, and Richard Hunt.

Frances leaves behind a legacy of love, faith, family, friendship, and service. She will be remembered always and forever cherished in the hearts of those who loved her.
