Of Naylor, GA passed away on Thursday morning, October 13, 2016 in the Lakeland Villas. He was born on February 3, 1939 in Hahira, GA to the late Aubrey & Johnnie Dedge Allen. Frank graduated from Lanier County High School in 1957 and remained close with his classmates throughout the years. He was a member of the shiners and Lakeland Lodge #434. He was the owner and operator of Frank's Auto Parts in Lakeland, GA and he was also a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by Linda Wise, a daughter, Kim Allen, his brother, Aldean Allen and a son-in-law, Randy Ross.
His survivors include Daughters & Son-in-Law, Melissa & Keith Evans of Lake Park, GA, Teresa Allen of Tallahassee, FL, Diana Allen Ross of Naylor, GA; Grandchildren, Seth Evans Jasey Cain, Kiersten Evans, Brianna Evans; Sister, Virginia Giddens of Lakeland, GA, Sister-in-Law, Margie Allen of Tifton, GA; and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M. on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at Good Hope Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 14, 2016 from 5:00P.M. until 7:00P.M. at the funeral home. The family requests that in lieu of flowers to please make donations to Hospice of South Georgia, 2263 Pineveiw Drive, Valdosta, GA, 31602.
