Of Valdosta passed away Sunday morning, November 27, 2016. She was born August 26, 1966 in Tampa, Florida to Frances Mitchell and the late Charles Butler. Frannie was a kind, fun loving, free spirited woman. She touched the lives of anyone she met and always had an open door to anyone in need. If anyone was ever without she was always there willing to help if she had it. Her 3 children were the center of her world and she loved them with all of her heart and soul.
Survivors include her Mother, Frances John Vermillion; Sons & Daughter-in-laws, Ronnie Jenny Butler, Valdosta, GA., Christopher Tiffany Butler, Valdosta, GA; Daughter, Victoria Ruiz, Live Oak, FL; Life Partner, Victor Ruiz, Valdosta, GA; Brothers, Charles, Jr, & Douglas; Sisters, Barbara, Becky; Grandchildren, Nebula, Luke, Riley, Keria; and a number of Nieces, Nephews and extended family members.
The family will receive friends Saturday, December 3, 2016, from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at the funeral home and per her wishes she will be cremated following the visitation. Sympathy may be expressed online at www.musicfuneralservices.com . Music Funeral Services of Valdosta is serving the family.
