Of The New Lois Community in Nashville, GA passed from this earthly life to her Heavenly Home Thursday night, June 26, 2014 in the Langdale Hospice House in Valdosta Ga. after a lengthy illness. She was born July 15, 1937 to the late Fred and Georgia Heath Rhoden in Elba, AL. She was a dedicated & devoted wife and Mother, always being the strength and support of her family, and was a faithful member of the Church of Christ. She retired from Valdosta State University as the assistant personnel manager,
