Of Valdosta passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2005 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born on July 31, 1941 in Ashville, NC. to the late Fred M & Ora Gill. During his retirement Mr. Gill enjoyed working on Volkswagen cars and airplanes. Mr. Gill retired approximately 20 years ago from Volkswagen Service Management of Miami, FL and Piper Aircraft of Vero Beach, FL. He was a wonderful loving husband, father, and a groovy guy that will be missed by his family and friends. He was a member of Pine Grove Community Baptist Church.

Memorial services were held at 7:00 P.M Thursday, July 28, 2005 in Pine Grove Community Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Nelligan officiating. In lieu of flowers please make donations to assist the family with expenses.
