Of Lakeland, GA passed away Thursday morning, June 2, 2016 at his residence following a brief illness. He was born in Valdosta, GA on March 12, 1956 to the late Johnny Earl Wheeler, Sr. and Jean Carter Sumner. He was preceded in death by his Father and his Brothers, Mikell and Johnny Wheeler.
Survivors include his Wife, Janice Wheeler, Lakeland, GA; Sons and Daughters-in-law, Kevin and Caysee Wheeler, Lakeland, GA; Brian and Alice Wheeler, Lakeland, GA; Justin Wheeler, Fiance Nichole Mayo, Woodstock, GA; Mother, Jean Sumner, Enigma, GA; Sister, Patricia Coody, Valdosta, GA; Grandchildren, Michelle Wheeler, Brayden Wheeler, Brenden Wheeler, Bailey Wheeler, Gabby Wheeler, Natalie Wheeler, Breanna Browning, and Bodhi Cross; and a number of Nieces and Nephews.
Memorial services will be held at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 1 hour prior to services.
