Of Valdosta passed away late Sunday evening October 22, 2006 at his residence after a sudden illness. Mr. Hurst was born April 17, 1969 in Goldsboro, North Carolina, raised in Wilkes-Barre, PA and had lived in Valdosta since 1997 where he worked with the companies he helped build, Georgia Printco & Tri-State Outdoor Media Group.
Gene was preceded in death by his Grandmother Mildred Hurst and Grandfather Richard Copeland.
