Of Naylor, GA passed away Friday afternoon September 28, 2012 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born April 11, 1931 in Valdosta, GA to the late James Will & Doris Nell Monk Bass. He was a member of the Naylor Baptist Church and retired from Solomon's Drug Company as a Drug Sales Representative. He is preceded in death by his parents, and wife, Betty Bennett Bass, and 3 brothers; Bunch Bass, Darrell Bass, & Paul Bass

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 1, 2012 at 11:00AM in Good Hope Baptist Church in Lowndes County, GA with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Music Funeral Services of Lakeland, GA from 4:00PM-6:00PM.
