Of Pearson, GA passed away December 23, 2013 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born April 2, 1948 to the late Johnny and Annie Bryant Odom in Brewton, Alabama. He retired as a Combat Engineer after twenty six years of service and was a Baptist by faith. Along with his parents he is also preceded in death by his son Vernon Bradley Odom, two sisters Charlotte Fender and Shirley Breeman, a brother Jimmy Odom, and a sister-in-law Pamela "Pam" Odom.
