Husband of 38 years, Joe Slaughter, Lake Park, GA; Daughter, Renee Hawthrone, Jacksonville, FL
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, August 2, 2011 in Jacksonville Memory Gardens, Jacksonville, FL. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, August 1, 2011 at the funeral home.
