Of Clinch County, GA passed away Thursday September 13, 2012 at The Satilla Hospice House in Waycross, GA after a lengthy illness. He was born June 15, 1936 in Coffee County, GA to the late Johnny and Beatrice Stevens Harper. He is a member of the New Vision Church of God in Homerville, GA and is retired from the Clinch County Road Department. Mr. Harper is preceded in death by his parents, 2 Sisters Dorothy Massey, Betty Sue Powell, 4 Brothers Edward Harper, Junior Harper, Thomas Harper, Albert Harper, and a Great Grandchild, Will Ofield.

Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday September 16, 2012 in the Arabia Cemetery in Clinch County, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday between 7:00P.M. and 9:00 P.M. The family would like to express appreciation to the staff of The Mayo Clinic Health System and Satilla Hospice House in Waycross for their care, love, and kindness.
