Of Valdosta passed away Saturday, October 8, 2016 in Berrien Nursing center. She was born on November 23, 1926 in San Sabastian Puerto Rico to the late Adrian Flores and Nicolasa Marquez. Ms. Flores served on the planning committee at her church, loved to cook for family and friends, and always put her best foot forward especially with her sewing which was her passion and profession for many years before retirement. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Bensenville, IL, and attended New Bethel Baptist locally. Along with her parents, 2 brothers, Adrian & Gilbert Flores, and a Sister Mina Roman precedes her in death.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 12:00P.M. in the New Bethel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to service time. Music Funeral Services, Valdosta is serving the family.
