Guy Willis Mann

Of Lakeland, passed away Wednesday, May 7, 2008 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born and lived his early life in California, where he was educated becoming a Medical Doctor. The Adventist Health Services brought him to Lakeland in November of 1974 where he practiced medicine until his retirement in January of 2000. He was Chief of Staff at Louis Smith Memorial Hospital in Lakeland for many years. He also served as the Director of Lakeland Villa Nursing Home. He was a Captain in the United States Air Force and is a member of the Lakeland Seventh Day Adventist Church. He is preceded in death by one sister and two brothers.

Funeral Services will be held be held 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2008 at the Lakeland Seventh Day Adventist Church with burial following in Good Hope Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, May 9, 2008 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m.
