Harley Gaskins

Of Ray City, passed away Thursday, July 12, 2007, at Louis Smith Memorial Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born May 22, 1942, to the late Noah and Maudell Gaskins. He worked with Henry Cribb on the hay farm for many years. He was a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by one brother Ivy Gaskins and two sisters Ava Nell Arnold and Geneva Gaskins.

Survivors: three Sisters, Alma Sumner, Brunswick, Ga., Irene Hughes, Moultrie, Ga., Kathleen Hoagland, Cordele, Ga.; caregivers, Henry and Chris Cribb, Ray City, Ga.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday July 17, 2007, at Poplar Springs Cemetery in Nashville, Ga. The family will receive friends Tuesday July 17, 2007 at 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
