Harry Franklin Brogdon – 81
Of Valdosta, Georgia passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022 at his home on the farm after a short illness. He was born on July 4, 1940 in Nashville, Georgia to the late Lucious Brogdon and Myrtice (Browning) Brogdon. Mr. Harry was a Farmer and worked with his father, brother on their farm and also worked with Patten Seed Company driving a tractor. He worked with his brother and sister-in-law at Interstate Diesel Parts and Service going to Florida picking up parts, making deposits at the bank and running errands around town. He loved driving tractors and riding the lawn mower where he was happiest doing either one. Harry was stubborn and set in his ways but would do anything to help his family or anyone else in need. He also loved sitting outside on his patio watching the geese as they would fly in and swim, listening to country music and most importantly riding the golf cart around the farm and keeping an eye on everything. He looked forward to visits and spending time with his younger nieces and nephews. He was friendly and always waving if you passed him anywhere.
