He was born on June 30, 1942 in Homerville, GA to the late Henry D. & Boulise Godwin Griffin. He loved spending time with his family and growing his garden every season. He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marilyn Griffin, a sister, Barbara Lou Griffin Roberts, and a brother, M.D. Griffin.
