Of Berrien County, GA, passed away Thursday morning January 12, 2012 at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was born February 19, 1942 in LaGrange, Georgia to the late Henry Gladden and Annie Ruth Pointer Donaldson. He served in the United States Army. He retired from Amoco Fabrics and Fibers in 2004 after 22 years as a foreman. He was a member of Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church in Berrien County, GA. Along with his parents he is preceded in death by a Brother Gladden Donaldson and a Sister Alice Celik.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 14, 2012 at the Poplar Springs Missionary Baptist Church with burial following in the Empire Cemetery in Lanier County, GA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday, January 13, 2012 from 6.00p.m. – 8.00p.m
