Hazel Warren Futch

Hazel Warren Futch – 81 of Lakeland, Georgia passed away on Tuesday, May 19, 2020 in the Southern Pines Facility in Thomasville, Georgia. She was born on September 8, 1938 in Nashville, Georgia to the late Stella (Rowland) and Elijah M. Warren. Hazel graduated as Valedictorian from Lanier County High School in 1956. She dedicated her life to her husband and two children. Along with her parents, Hazel was preceded in death by her sisters: Eula May Ganas, Beatrice Fort, and Vivian Howell; brother, Junior Warren.
She is survived by her Husband of 63 years, John Futch of Lakeland, GA; Son, Bobby L. Futch and wife, Georgia of Warner Robins, GA; Daughter, Elaine Guldin and husband, Richard of Thomasville, GA; Grandchildren: Katie Bass, Brian Hildebrandt, Angel Lutz; Great Grandchildren: Dakota Lutz, David Lutz, Ciera Hildebrandt, Logan Hildebrandt; Sister, Faye Peacock and husband, Lamar of Graceville, FL; Numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
A private family graveside service to honor Hazel’s life will be held on Friday, May 22, 2020 at Greenlawn Cemetery in Lakeland, GA.
