Of Valdosta, Ga passed away Thursday February 11, 2016 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born March 20, 1934 in Sistersville, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents Frank and Grace Giboney of Middleburn WV. She lived in Middleburn, WV before moving to Valdosta, GA 40 years ago. She was a member of the Eastern Star and the Park Avenue Seventh Day Adventist Church in Valdosta, GA

Daughter – Kaye Hoover Mercer – Valdosta, GA
Daughter and Son-in-law – Tamra Johnny Ueda – Navarre, FL
Grandchildren – Marc and Philberta Flores, Dana and Jared Powell, Eric Ueda, 5 Great Grandchildren, and 1 Great Great Grandchild
Sister – Leah Blackstone – WV
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday February 17, 2016 in the Park Avenue Seventh Day Adventist Church in Valdosta with burial in Riverview Memorial Gardens cemetery.
