Of Valdosta passed away Friday, January 6, 2012 in South Georgia Medical Center. She was born on March 10, 1932 in Valdosta to the late Perry & Eldon Daily Nichols. She loved her family and her dog Ginger. She was of the Baptist faith. Mrs. Holton is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Holton.
She is survived by her, Sons & Daughters-in-law, Robert & Cheryl Holmes, Valdosta, GA, Harry & Faye Holton, Valdosta, GA, Gary & Janan Holton, Valdosta, GA, Timmy & Bonnie Holton, Valdosta, GA; Daughter & Son-in-law, Nonie & John Taylor, Valdosta, GA; 14 Grandchildren, 28 Great Grandchildren; Brother, Irie Nick Nichols, Valdosta, GA; A number of Nieces and Nephews
Graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, January 10, 2012 in Lake Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at the funeral home.
